This is my  personal Blog about virtualization and Unix (mostly VMware  and Redhat related) maintained by me.

A short introduction of myself: My name is Mohammad A Alam. I’m Snr Systems Engineer working for Specsavers Pty based in Melbourne, Australia. I’ve worked in the IT Industry since 1999 and I started this blog to document problems I encounter during my everyday work and stuff I read about or discover in my spare time.

I’m a VMware Certified Professional (VCP3) and (VCP4) , currently studying the VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Datacenter Administration (VDCA-410) certification.

I am also an enthusiastic Cyclist and Runner . Recently completed 250KM around the bay in a day 2015( Melbourne) . My next goal is to finish Melbourne Marathon .
